In this article I will present the steps Satan has taken to distract, discredit and dismantle the Church in America.  For the most part the playbook is standardized across different countries.  It’s a process that takes several decades to accomplish, and for Satan time is not a concern.  He has essentially lulled the Body of Christ in America to a destructive slumber.  So how has Satan been able to accomplish this?  Well, here are the steps he has taken:

Step One – Make sure believers accept a notion that God must be compartmentalized.  Christians must separate their faith (walking with the Lord) from their careers and everyday life.  This falsity assumes that faith must be compartmentalized to avoid encroaching on others beliefs as well as to avoid offending others.   Supposedly speaking about God or showing your faith is somehow offensive.  “We must be inclusive rather than exclusive of people”; this has been the notion prevalent for many decades.  This concept simply means, “Shut up and don’t speak out for Christ”.  Moreover, we should not evangelize (according to this notion) and avoid sharing the Gospel otherwise we will be ostracized.

Step Two – Preoccupation with self pursuit/selfishness.  If we compartmentalize God we dedicate minimal time with the Lord.  Thus, more time is dedicated to our pleasures and careers instead.  This behavior is not conducive of spiritual growth and it certainly will not help you learn scripture or about God.  The lack of Biblical knowledge of the Body of Christ will lead them to accepting other beliefs/ideologies and faiths.

Step Three – Introduction of moral relativism.  If we follow through with the logic, step three would naturally include moral relativism.  Suddenly, there are multiple truths and Christ is not the only way to salvation.  With the lack of solid Biblical knowledge (already established in step two) everything suddenly sounds reasonable, and if we dare to object, we must hold our peace.  Body of Christ in America have been deceived in believing that somehow our faith is “racist, bigoted and hateful”.

Step Four – Ensure Theology is corrupted and truth is not easily deciphered from false teachings.  This is the final stage which ensures that selfish, Biblically uneducated and cowardly believers shift their focus on teachings that promise wealth and prosperity.  The contemporary believer in America is too entrenched in this give to get philosophy rather than focusing on the truly serving the Lord.  Christ is clear when He says in Matthew 6:33 But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.  The order is misconstrued, rather than selflessly serving the Lord these so called believers concern themselves solely on the proverbial “what’s in it for me” concept.  This has been the final nail on the coffin, which has completely paralyzed/neutralized believers.

End Game – The end result is a lazy, complacent, apathetic and ignorant body of so called believers unconcerned with the Kingdom of Heaven.  Satan has corralled Christians into a feckless group and has categorized them as the racist group.  The entire nation has turned upside down and we are living in a post-Christian society.
