Is the body of Christ faltering?

Is the body of Christ faltering? Are we seeing an apostasy of the faith by Christian churches in the last days? It appears that more churches are turning away from sound Biblical teachings and are resorting to new cultural trends, one of which is Wokeism. Whether it may be external pressures or the need to “remain relevant”, churches are submitting to this new religion. As mankind submits to its wicked ways and rejects God, a snowball effect is initiated which results in an avalanche of societal destruction.

Illuminating Faith spends countless hours researching the state of Christianity and doctrinal changes of different churches/denominations worldwide. We are not surprised but are very disappointed at the state of the faith. Any student of Bible prophesy knows that during the end times there will be great apostasy. There are two references found in 1 Timothy 4:1 and Matthew 25:11 regarding the false prophets and false theology during the end times:

1 Timothy 4:1 – Now the Spirit [a]expressly says that in latter times some will depart from the faith, giving heed to deceiving spirits and doctrines of demons.
Matthew 25:11 – Then many false prophets will rise up and deceive many.

We know that the end is near, and Wokeism is one symptom of the corruption of the world and the preparation of the anti-Christ. Jesus says the end times will be like the days of Noah which was filled with vileness, wickedness and immorality that was unbearable. Furthermore, Illuminating Faith believes Wokeism is the religion of the One World Order and what many are adhering too, as the new golden standard of morality. Now, as a part of this faith, the Bible is looked upon as a racist and misogynistic book that is intolerant and inhumane. For example, followers of this faith “pursue social justice” and a redefined morality which condones violence and total domination of those that dissent with their views. Dissenters are harassed and physically attacked. The irony is that in the name of social justice, injustice and violence is enacted. Furthermore, sin does not exist for these followers as humans are free to do what they wish without remorse or restraint. They don’t believe in the original sin and Jesus being the atonement for the original sin. Therefore, what we Christians believe in, they abhor. It’s interesting how churches consider this and other false doctrines valid; if not equal to the teachings of Christ. Pastors and church congregation follow and actively support ridiculous Marxists movements and somehow believe that if Jesus was here, he would be a part of the movement as well. Therefore, we boldly as the questions is the body of Christ faltering?

Wokeism and other Marxist views accompanied with the celebration of sin has impacted some churches to the point of what we think is simply heresy. One recent example of heresy tied in with Wokeism and this new age religion, comes from the Church of Sweden (again). In the past we have published an article about the Church of Sweden “updated” views on homosexuality, and transgenderism. Both homosexuality and transgenderism is openly accepted by the church, and they even have a gay clergy. It seems like they are digging themselves deeper in this anti-Biblical and anti-Christ position. Recently one of their gay clergies was in the news for refusing to marry heterosexual couples. Apparently, in his mind he is teaching them a lesson on what it feels like to be rejected and refused holy matrimony. We’re not sure if the priest has studied theology, but he should be familiar with Genesis 2:21-24 which states, 21 And the Lord God caused a deep sleep to fall on Adam, and he slept; and He took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh in its place. 22 Then the rib which the Lord God had taken from man He made into a woman, and He brought her to the man. 23 And Adam said: “This is now bone of my bones And flesh of my flesh; She shall be called Woman, Because she was taken out of Man.” 24 Therefore a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and they shall become one flesh.

It may not be profitable for the priest to acknowledge his sinful lifestyle; however, he will not escape God’s wrath. It’s clear as day that God first established the marriage institution then ordained the creation of the family. To be clear, marriage is between a man and a woman; not two of the same sex. Furthermore, there is only two genders, male and female. So, for the church to allow a homosexual person to be a part of the church, especially as a priest, and for him to refuse the right order of operations – marriage between a man and women and forming of a family, they are simply mocking God.

So, is the body of Christ faltering, and what does this mean for the Church? The answer is that we are living in the last days and what our Lord has described about the last days is coming to pass. We must expect the rapture to happen soon, therefore, if you have not given your life to God, you must repent of your sins and receive Jesus as Lord and Savior. Romans 10:9 states 9 that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. If you are ready to receive the Lord and to join the body of Christ, pray this prayer, Lord Jesus I know that I am sinner and I ask you forgive me of my sins. I believe that you were crucified for my sins and through your blood I have redemption and salvation. Please come into my heart and I receive you as my God. I pray in Jesus name. AMEN
